Where to begin in expressing our gratitude to TelSouth and their staff in ushering in our new phone system.
CASA's vision is a community without domestic violence so that home is a safe place. CASA's mission is to advocate for social change by providing community education, outreach support, crisis intervention and safe environments for survivors of domestic violence and their children.
In order to achieve our vision and mission, communication systems are an integral part. TelSouth embraced our needs and helped us implement a telephone system that meets not only our needs, but also the needs of our program participants and community members.
Ken Fulghum, Account Consultant, and Grethen Brezina, Customer Service, worked with Verizon and our new service provider, ensuring that all parties were in coordination with the final plans. They both took additional time to ensure that this phone system will accommodate future growth. Their efforts allowed all of us to focus on our goals and program participants.
It has been a pleasure to work with TelSouth and their fine staff.
